Terms of Service

By accessing or using SiteSwap (“Service”), a product of Negative Zero Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SiteSwap provides automated website design, hosting, and management for trade and home service businesses. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting and SSL certificates
• Local SEO optimization (schema markup, meta tags)
• Google Reviews integration
• Analytics and performance dashboards
• Ongoing site updates and maintenance

We build a custom website preview for your business at no cost and with no obligation. You are under no commitment to purchase after viewing your preview. We reserve the right to limit the number of free previews generated per business or individual.

SiteSwap offers two subscription plans:

• Standard — $149/month: custom website, mobile responsiveness, click-to-call CTA, Google Maps, contact form, SSL, local SEO, Google Reviews widget, self-service portal, and basic analytics
• Pro — $249/month: everything in Standard plus multi-neighborhood landing pages, booking tool integration, before & after gallery, A/B testing, advanced analytics, automated review requests, and monthly performance reports

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your site remains live through the end of the current billing period
• We will export your site files upon request within 30 days of cancellation
• No refunds are issued for partial months

Your content: you retain full ownership of all text, images, logos, and business information you provide to us.

Our work: the website design, code, and templates created by SiteSwap are licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, we grant you a perpetual license to the HTML/CSS output of your site.

Demo usage: we may use anonymized screenshots or descriptions of your site in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you opt out by notifying us in writing.

You agree not to use SiteSwap to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Host content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Negative Zero Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Negative Zero Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
